Workshop: Masculine / Feminine Energies & Chakras for Wholeness & Healthy Relationships
Your counseling staff will leave this workshop with a framework for understanding the importance of energetic balance in providing ourselves with a sense of wholeness and the ability to maintain healthy relationships. There are masculine and feminine energies within each of us and those energetic dispositions play out in various ways based on our experiences of trauma. We are in a constant dance of energy with those that we are close to. Disrupted energies within our chakras and within our masculine and feminine energies can leave us feeling abandoned or withdrawn, stifling our own energy and blocking our ability to connect with others. Using masculine and feminine archetypes along with a chakra framework, we can learn how to pivot our energy, and support our clients in pivoting their energy. These conscious shifts allow us to feel whole, while giving us additional tools to navigate the natural waves of relationships.
