I do offer a lot of services.  For most clients, I would say there are 3 foundational ways to start your work with me, if you are serious about your healing journey. 

Track 1: You are experiencing physical or psychological difficulties and feel that Reiki may help to support your healing process.  Book a Reiki Session.  This is ideally done over Zoom.  During this session, I will transmit Reiki energy to activate healing within you and also get a sense of your chakras.  I will share information to help you make changes to maintain chakra balance beyond our session.  One session can be very healing, but Reiki is more powerful the more you expose yourself to it.  Most clients book a bundle of sessions to support them over time.  Typically, we try to schedule a session once every week or two, but more or less can be appropriate based on your specific situation. 

Track 2: You are experiencing physical or psychological difficulties, and you feel like you are experiencing patterns of struggle in your life, or find yourself making decisions that are not serving your highest good.  Book an Akashic Records Soul Profile & Karma Reading.  This is the foundational reading I offer that has the potential to catapult your healing by broadening your perspective and giving you concrete changes to make to shift the energy around you.  This is typically followed by Energy Coaching, where I can support you in implementing the suggested karmic changes in your life and realign your energy to your highest path.

Track 3: You are extremely serious about your healing journey and want to integrate both Reiki and the Akashic Records.  This combination is very powerful.  In this case, book a Reiki Session, Akashic Records Soul Profile & Karma Reading, as well as an Energy Coaching Bundle and Reiki Bundle.  This allows you to fully receive my support in both activating the healing energy within you via Reiki over time, as well as making karmic changes in your life to realign your energy to your highest path.

How do your other services fit in with these tracks?

Additional Akashic Record Readings may be helpful down the line in your healing journey.  But it is always the most beneficial to start with the basic Soul Profile & Karma Reading.  Too much information from the records at once can be overwhelming.  However, some people also like to dabble in smaller readings, before they take the leap into really fully understanding their soul's path, which is of course absolutely fine as well.  The Chakra Reading and Untangling the Chaos Reading can give you insight into your karma, and can be extremely helpful when the timing is right. 

Sound healing and sacred ceremonies are sometimes purchased by new clients who are very specifically interested in those services, but each can also be added onto my other foundational services as you progress in your healing path.  Not everyone needs the same thing, and sometimes our healing is about divine timing.  I try to use my intuition to integrate what will work for you at the right time.

Both.  Some services lend themselves to groups, such as sound healing, customized ceremonies, and workshops.  These services are most cost effective for group settings because they either involve significant preparation or equipment.  Other services are better for individuals, such as Reiki, Akashic Records, and Energy Coaching.

No.  If we work together, although I am a Doctor of Psychology and am licensed in the State of New Jersey to practice Psychology, I will not be your psychologist and I do not offer traditional psychotherapy.  I have worked as a psychologist during my career, but the services that I am offering here do not fit under that umbrella.

Energy Coaching is the closet service I offer here to traditional psychotherapy. It is a more talk-based model, but it also integrates soul level information, Reiki, EFT tapping, moving karmic energy, and is more directive than traditional psychotherapy.  I have found that my approach is helpful in releasing excess emotions and overcoming blocks.  Depending on your situation, I can work in collaboration with your current mental health provider.

No, I do not predict the future. Attempting to predict the future makes us feel anxious and passive. It tends to lower our vibration. I do not believe the future is set, so it can’t accurately be predicted.  Our future depends on our energy and our choices.  We are the creators of our realities. I do read your past and present.  Based on that information, it is up to you to create the future you want.

All ages.  I can do a Reiki session with anyone from an unborn child who is struggling in the womb, to someone on their deathbed to support their peace and transition. 

I do Akashic Records Readings for children, so that as a parent, you best know how to parent them considering their unique energy.  The Soul Level Parenting Bundle offers a complete reading for your child, as well as a coaching session to help you support them in aligning with their highest timeline (by helping them access their gifts and working through their karma).  As a parent, I personally find the Akashic Records foundational to my parenting.  Most parents are perceptive enough to know that their children are different people, and need different things from them.  But this service helps you to dive even deeper into this, by knowing your children at the soul level. Just like adults, children carry karma and this comes out in different ways. It is such a gift to be able to support our children's soul evolution, in exactly the unique way that helps them overcome their karma.

However, an Akashic Record Reading of any kind is less helpful for someone at the end of their life.  At that point, they may not be able to make choices to work through their karma.

Energy coaching can be done with both adults and children.  My background in child psychology helps me to make the concept of energy and chakras accessible to children.  A child session is much more playful and focuses on the current energetic and emotional experience versus discussing past lives and karma.  It gives kids awareness of their energy and tools to shift it. 

I only work with children directly with explicit consent from their legal parent or guardian. In addition, the children must be fully motivated and engaged in the process. For an Akashic Record Reading on a child, I will ask for their soul-level consent. If I do not obtain this while in the Akashic Records, I can not complete the reading.

Nothing I do is religious. You do not need to believe in past lives to benefit from the services I offer. 

One of the most transformational parts of the Akashic Record Reading, is about the energy you carry with you.  Whether it originated in a past life or as a child, is pretty much irrelevant.  You are carrying that energy with you now.  We want to shift it, so that you stop falling into the same patterns and hitting the same barriers.

Energy healing is actually a part of many religions.  For example, Jesus Christ may be the most famous energy healer.  You are a divine being, and the energy transmitted simply activates the healing power that is already within you.  There is no doctrine or belief that is needed to experience Reiki.  You just need the desire to heal, and the power to know that you can.

Yes, you can make a purchase for someone else.  But ultimately, they must fully consent in order to receive a service.

A person obviously must consent to receive a service.  But in the case of an Akashic Record Reading (of any kind) or a Reiki Attunement, I must also receive consent at the soul level.  This requires me to connect with your energy and ensure that I am getting the approval to work with you.  I do not always get approval at the soul level, even for people who are saying that they really want to work with me.  This can come through for a number of reasons, which are essentially beyond our understanding.  It may be because it is not appropriate for you to access soul level information at this time.  When working with this sort of information we have to trust the process and trust timing.  It doesn’t mean we still can’t work together in other ways.  It just means that it isn’t for your highest good to access the Akashic Records or to be Reiki attuned, at this moment in time.  In this case, I would issue you a full refund for the service I did not get consent to provide.

Absolutely, Yes!!!!  In many cases, they are even stronger.  Virtually, from an energetic perspective, many people let their guard down.  You may be more comfortable in your own home than on a Reiki table in my office.  You may feel less self-conscious about your body, and more able to relax.  This helps you to be more open to the energy.  I also tend to find that my own energy can be more comfortable virtually since I am not worrying about how comfortable you are in my physical space.  This allows Reiki and my intuition to flow without interruption.
