This workshop can cover one chakra in particular or be purchased as a 7 workshop series.
Your counseling staff will leave this workshop with a framework for understanding the mind / body / energy connection associated with a particular chakra. This deep dive into one chakra will help your team to truly understand the subtleties of this energy, so that they can harness its power when working with clients. Your team will more easily be able to identify unbalance in this chakra based on their clients’ physical experience, emotions, energetic presentation, and thought patterns. This insight will provide a path to helping their client’s overcome psychological barriers and release trauma, while integrating practical body-based and energy-based techniques into the treatment sessions and beyond. This framework, along with these techniques, can be added to existing therapeutic modalities.
