Energy Coaching
At the start of each Energy Coaching session, Dr. Hamed will tune into your energy to get a sense of your chakra balance and energy flow. This information will help you to monitor your energy and make ongoing changes in your life as needed to reach a point of energetic balance. When we are in energetic balance on a regular basis, we find a decrease in physical and psychological struggles. Dr. Hamed can help you process your pain, pulling out the wisdom but releasing what is no longer serving you. She may integrate energy healing (Reiki, EFT tapping) and/or intuitive guidance (Akashic Records, her own divine connection), with a psychological perspective, as needed during the coaching process. She may also work with you in balancing the masculine and feminine energies within you, as this can impact your own sense of happiness and the quality of your relationships. She may also integrate strategies to support you in shadow work. This brings awareness to the things that may be hard to see about yourself, so that you can overcome what is holding you back. Essentially, this is a time which will allow Dr. Hamed to flexibly utilize all of her tools to support you on your healing journey, bringing your energy into balance on multiple levels.
Dr. Hamed can guide you through the process of overcoming physical, psychological, and spiritual blocks. She can help you to step into your authenticity and align with your life's purpose, bringing more health, vitality, and abundance into your life.
