As it is above the Throat Chakra, the Third Eye Chakra is the visual extension of the words we choose, our authenticity, and our understanding of the truth about the world. In our Throat Chakra we find our authentic selves. From there, the energy rises to our Third Eye Chakra and we actually envision what life as our authentic selves look like. We picture what we want in life and send the energy of that image into the world. It is vision that is the basis of goal setting, and manifesting the lives we want. Our visions will be high vibration, or low vibration, based on what we believe to be true about the world.
